Onion Harvesting, Whoops!

After reading about onion growing and harvesting I realized we should have not let the onions flower. Although you can pick onions at any stage, if you want to properly cure them for storage you should not let them flower. Needless to say, I did not read about this before it was important but I still cut down the flowers in hopes that the onions will bulb in the next couple weeks and we can harvest them to cure. Here is a photo of the delightful bouquet in my apartment.
